Deqing New Minghui Electric Lighting Co.,Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint enterprise, is situated in Deqing Town, an ancient town in south of the lower Reaches of Changjiang River by the hillside of Mogan Mountain-famous summer resort and is at the center of Shanghai-Hangzhou-Naijing. It enjoys convenient traffics and is 180km and 45km from Shanghai international Airport and Hangzhou Xiaoshan international Airport. In addition, the Gland Canal, Beijing-Hangzhou Railway, 104# National Highway and Hangzhou-Naijing Expressway all pass through this town.

The project is planned to be finished in 3 years when the entire “Minghui Lighting industrial park” will become a national lighting industry production zone.
